Procedure for Claims
New india Assurance Co. Ltd Insurance Membership
All caims should be submitted to ARC within 30 days of the Accident.
The claim form to be filled and signed by the member.
Get the medical certificate from the doctor / hospital you took treatment from with necessary seal & signature.
Enclose all bills, prescriptions, receipts & X-ray reports / scanning report (only all reports, no films, the member should ensure that he/she collects proper bills & receipts for all the payments made to doctor / hospital / chemist etc;)
Enclose a letter to ARC describing the accident, the injury sustained, with a request for re-imbursement of medical expenses
Enclose 2 photocopies (xerox) of Insurance Certificate.
On completion of the above please courier / mail it or handover in person at our office.
