If I do not meet with an accident, will you refund my money?
- This premium is towards a cover which can be much much higher than the premium itself.
- While one pays only Rs999/-, he enjoys a cover of One Lakh any number of times in a year!
- Hence, I am afraid that our premiums are not refundable as this is a pure insurance cover.
- Like for example, when we take a vehicle insurance we do not get any refund at the end of the year.
- For your life, a coverage for the whole year for any number of times you meet with an accident, this amount of 999 is extremely small.
What is OPD cover?
- When a patient undergoes all/any kind of treatment in a hospital without getting admitted, he qualifies to be an out patient.
- This can happen whenever, one meets with minor injuries and accidents, where treatment can be taken without getting hospitalized/admitted in a hospital/nursing home.
- At ARC, we cover upto Rs.10,000/- for an out patient treatment.
Claim Procedure
- Intimate ARC within 24 Hrs of the incident/accident if it has occurred in
- Bangalore and 48 hrs if outside Bangalore
- Register a complaint & ask for a complaint number
- The PRO (Public Relation Officer) shall pay you a visit at the earliest and guide you about making the claim
- The medical expense as an out patient has to be borne by the patient and later claimed from ARC
- The claim has to be made within 30 days of the treatment getting over.
- Call ARC and intimate the claims department
- The PRO shall pick up your bills from your doorstep and your claim shall be settled within 20 working days
What is in patient treatment?
- When a patient has to get admitted in a hospital for receiving any type/kind of medical treatment, he qualifies to be an in-patient.
- We have cashless treatment facility for our in patients.
- This means they can get admitted and start the treatment without paying any deposit or advance.
- Also, while getting discharged, if the expenses are within one Lakh, the patients can get discharged without paying a single rupee to the hospital
- The hospitalisation should be for a minimum duration of 24 hours to avail the claim

How much tax do you charge?
- As per Government of India regulations,GST of 18% is applicable.
